#Golf - ein Hobby für alte, reiche Männer, die gerne gemütlich in Golf-Carts von Loch zu Loch cruisen. Immer regelkonform. Mit Polo-Shirt, Chino und einer ordentlichen Portion Etikette. So oder so ähnlich sieht’s jedenfalls aus, das Klischee vom Golfen. Echter Sport? Auch das wird oft bezweifelt. Jede Menge Vorurteile - aber was ist dran?Um das herauszufinden, geht’s für Aminata auf den Golfplatz. 18 Löcher, Grün soweit das Auge reicht. Hier trifft sie Falk. Zumindest alt ist der mit seinen 18 Jahren nicht. Mit einem Golf-Stipendium möchte Falk nach Amerika - ein Weg, der hart ist und mehr als nur den perfekten Abschlag erfordert. Den jedenfalls gilt es für Aminata, die bislang nur Minigolf gespielt hat, in ihrer neuen Reportage zu lernen. Bevor überhaupt eingelocht oder sich in einem Hole in One geübt werden kann, heißt es für Aminata erstmal: Umziehen! Jeans sind auf dem Rasen nämlich No-go. Hier gibt’s klare Regeln. Polo-Kragen und Cap (mit Schirm nach vorne!) - ein Outfit, das schon mal gar keine schlechte Voraussetzung für die Golf-Platzreife ist. Reif für den Platz ist Falk längst, schließlich hat er bereits mit sieben Jahren angefangen Golf zu spielen. Inzwischen auf einer Sportschule, spielt Falk an sechs Tagen pro Woche - und trainiert hart für den großen Traum von der Karriere als Golfprofi, wie sie sein Idol Brooks Koepka lebt. Technik oder Kraft, was zählt mehr? Warum genießt den Golfsport in Deutschland eigentlich einen so anderen Ruf als beispielsweise in den USA? Warum stehen Frauen beim Abschlag näher am Loch? Und was ist eigentlich der Unterschied zwischen “Putting” und “Petting”? Das sind nur einige Fragen, die geklärt werden, wenn Falk und Aminata das Eisen auf Range und Kunstplatz schwingen. Ich könnte schon ein Buch schreiben... diese "Drehung" die jeder denkt und in seinem Schwung sucht, ist mittlerer Weile Fluch und Segen zur gleichen Zeit. Fluch deswegen, weil es wirklich nicht leicht ist, das "Drehdenken" aus den Köpfen der Golfer zu verabschieden bzw. zu verändern und Segen aus dem Grund, weil wir Golfcoaches sonst nicht so viel Arbeit hätten :)... Ich habe Euch schon viele Videos z.B. mit dem Hulahoop aufgenommen, wie man die Drehung denken könnte.
In diesem Video starte ich einen neuen Erklärversuch plus zusätzliche Auswirkung eines falschen Drehansatzes.
